These terms apply to the public CoachJayJohnson.com website operated by CJJ Media, LLC. Product-specific terms on the relevant sales and checkout pages also apply to purchases and course access. Contact info@coachjayjohnson.com with questions.

Using the public resources

You can read the public articles and use the available training resources without creating an account. Our email list is intended for people age 18 or older. That email-list requirement does not prevent younger visitors from reading the public website. Minors should involve a parent or guardian before purchasing products or creating a course account.

The resources provide general coaching and training education. They do not replace individual medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Choose training appropriate for the athlete’s experience and circumstances, and seek qualified help for injury or health concerns.

Purchases, refunds, and course access

See specific pages for each of XCTS, TTS, and Complete High School Runner regarding refunds:

• Cross Country Training System: no refunds.
• Track Training System: no refunds.
• The Complete High School Runner: a 10-day refund period.

Read the applicable product and checkout page before buying. Access, included content, support periods, and sharing permissions depend on the product you purchase. A lifetime-access offer does not mean every coaching service or scheduled support period continues indefinitely.

The Cross Country and Track Training Systems are licensed to the purchasing coach. They do not include team or assistant-coach sharing. Assistant-coach access is available separately; the current offer is described on the product page. The Complete High School Runner has its own team-use permissions. Follow those product-specific permissions.

Physical book orders through Amazon or PFB Publishing are subject to the seller’s checkout, shipping, and return terms. Those orders are not covered by a training-system refund policy.

Accounts and third-party services

Kajabi provides course accounts and member login. Keep your login credentials private and use accounts and purchases only as permitted by their applicable terms. Kit provides email signup and delivery. Third-party providers’ terms and privacy policies apply when you use their services.

Content and permitted use

Unless otherwise identified, the articles, book excerpts, videos, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to CJJ Media, LLC or their credited creators. You may read and use the public resources for your own learning and coaching. Downloadable resources and purchased products may have additional stated permissions.

Do not republish, resell, distribute protected course materials, or share paid access without permission. Public availability of an excerpt or download does not transfer ownership of it. Contact us if you want to use material beyond the permissions provided.

Responsible use

Do not attempt to access another person’s account, interfere with the service, submit malicious material, bypass paid-access controls, or use signup forms to subscribe someone without permission.

Availability and external links

We work to keep resources accurate and available, but content, links, and features may change. External websites are operated by their own providers. We do not control their availability or policies. Report a broken link or access problem to the contact address above.

Limitations and applicable law

The public website is provided as available. We do not guarantee a particular training result, race performance, or uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, CJJ Media, LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of the public website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado, United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
